Consolidated, look-through reporting.
Your entities already produce the documents. Solden turns them into structured data, consolidates across the whole ownership structure, and reports it in a form your partners can read.
The platform

Turn the documents you already receive into structured data.
How it works →Multi-entity consolidation
Roll up across the whole structure, with look-through ownership.
How it works →LP reporting and capital accounts
Capital accounts and statements your partners can read.

Who it's for
- Family offices
- Dozens of entities, several asset classes, and a structure nobody outside the office fully holds in their head.
- Registered investment advisers
- Client structures that don't fit a portfolio accounting system, reported on a schedule that can't slip.
- Real estate sponsors
- An LLC per property, partners who want to know where they stand, and a quarter close that swallows a week.
You will diligence us before you send us a document.
That is the right instinct, so we have written it all down rather than waiting for the questionnaire: where data lives, who can reach it, which subprocessors are involved, how backups are tested, and exactly where we stand on SOC 2. Document extraction runs on models inside our own Azure tenant — your documents are never sent to a third-party model provider.
Or have us do the work
Solden grew out of a consulting practice building data and reporting systems for real estate and investment firms, and that practice is still running. If the problem is bigger or stranger than a product, start there.
Existing Cryptex clients
Cryptex Real Estate is now Solden. Same team, same work, new name. Your engagements and your contacts are unchanged, and we will be in touch directly about updated billing details. Questions in the meantime go to hello@soldenhq.com.
